Which guide and workout level should I choose?

It’s important you choose a guide and workout level best suited to your individual needs; the guide that’s best for you is the one you can competently do and enjoy (not the one your best friend might be doing!). If you need help in deciding, once you’ve downloaded the WeGLOW App simply head to our Learn section and select the topic: “Which guide is right for me?”.

Remember, if you are finding the workouts too hard or too easy, you can change your plan at any time.

Can I use the app if I already have a gym membership?

Of course!, in fact this app is perfect if you have a gym membership, simply pick the gym guide most suited to you, select your first workout and take WeGLOW with you!

If the gyms not for you then we have thousands of home workouts too which are perfect for getting fit and focusing on health in the comfort of your own home.

Do the recipes allow for dietary requirements?

Our nutrition section caters to all dietary requirements. You also have the option to filter for particular recipes, i.e. vegetarian, dairy-free, gluten-free, etc. All our recipes focus on highly nutritional and delicious food to fuel your body and any specific dietary requirements can be catered to by adjusting the ingredients to suit you.
